1 - Week Small Area Movement Program - DEFENCE

                   **THIS PROGRAM IS OPEN FOR MALE & FEMALE ATHLETES**

This program will be a 10-hour program (over 1 week) of on-ice movement training. 

Summer 2024 Small Area Movement Program for DEFENCE

- Improve Movement, Skill, and Agility for defending and creating offense

- Improve decision-making, positioning, and awareness both offensively and defensively

- Improve ability to create shooting lanes and learn how to activate into the offensive zone

-1 Week 2 Hour A Day Format 

-Complete On-Ice Movement Corrective Program with an emphasis on Defense specific movement patterns and skills

-Certified, Energetic, and Professional PS Coaches

-Maximum Quality Repetition and Positive Detailed Feedback

-5-1 Player to Coach Ratio

-Wear the Gear! Free PS Jersey and Socks

-Use the Method like our +350 NHL players

 Program Investment: $635 + TAX

IMPORTANT : Due to the limited number of athletes accepted in our programs, no cancellations or refunds will be permitted. If the player is unable to attend due to medical reasons before a camp start date, a full non-transferable credit of their amount paid will be issued and may be used towards any Perfect Skating Programs for 1 calendar year. All medical cancellations must be confirmed by a doctor’s note.
